This episode deals mostly with Ninamori, one of Naota's classmates. I think she has a fling with Naota and Naota might have a small, small fling with her. I can't really tell. Let's get started.

It starts off with Ninamori in a car with her dad's secretary (her dad is the Mayor and has had an affair with the secretary, her mom wants a divource, big publicity scandal). Ninamori doesn't care about this whole thing really and is more excited about the lead role she got in her school play.

Naota gets ready to go to school and Haruko gives him a nice big hug before he goes. Naota actually has something growing out of his head again, but instead of horns, they look exactly like cat ears (aww..).

Naota has the lead role of the cat in the school's play (coincidence?) but doesn't care about it all so he skips all the rehearsals. In class, some of the students are passing around pamphlets written by Kamon (Naota's dad) about Ninamori's parent's legal battle. The teacher notices it and tries to protect Ninamori by banning any magazines relating to that case from class. However in doing so, she pretty much told the entire class about it and also put Ninamori in the spotlight T_T. Take note at how the adults act very immature and the children act much adult-like... Class ends and Naota skips practice.

He meets Mamimi up near the riverside and they take a few photographs with each other. He then goes home. Ninamori stops by Naota's dad's shop to learn more about the magazine. She doesn't want to go home because of all the reporters plaguing her neighborhood. She decides to go and sit around town instead.

Haruko is at home with Kanti and catches it trying to rebuild the part of his head (unsuccessfully, and rather horribly done). Kanti is embarassed by his attempts. He ends up wearing a box as part of his new head for self-confidence I bet.

Naota finds Ninamori and they chat a bit about the play. Ninamori insist that they leave and get lost or something but Naota says he's waiting for someone (Haruko). She finally arrives in style by causing the largest pile up ever by her reckless driving. She tries to avoid a cat and runs over a sodapop can and loses control of her Vespa which collides with Naota who then richochets towards Ninamori... lips first. You would assume that they kissed, but they actuall smack heads. How would I know? It's called freeze framing. :) Naota's headband falls off, his ears are exposed, but he's unconcious. Ninamori is warned not to touch them by Haruko, but she does anyway. She feels sick and passes out. She is now capable of opening up an N.O. portal which will be revealed later in the episode.

Haruko, Ninamori, and Naota end up at Naota's house. Haruko makes her curry and everyone is sick and pretty much drowning in the curry's hotness. Naota's grandpa is a bit afraid about the whole incident because of Ninamori's accident thing, so he tells her to spend the night. Naota doesn't want her to, but in the end she does. Ninamori notices Kanti and questions about it because it was a robot that just ate curry.. strange.

Anyway, it shows Ninamori take a bath (ooh... naughty) and she puts on Naota's pajamas which are considerably too small for her lanky, long limbs. Naota notices that she's wearing glasses and she says that she normally wears contacts. So they talk a little bit and they promised not to tell anyone at school about the her spending the night. So they end up sitting on the same bed and Naota freaks out again (oh my god..) and cowers in the corner. Naota learns that Ninamori rigged the votes so that Naota would play the cat and Ninamori would play the lead.

Haruko was actually on the top bunk in the room unbeknownst to Naota and Ninamori. Haruko overhears all of this and retorts from sly remarks. ^_^

MEEEEEEEEOWWWWWW. Yes, a cat just meowed really loud right about now.

Haruko and Kanti goes to school to drop off some curry lunch for Naota for the after school rehearsal, pretty much forcing him to attend it. Naota and Ninamori ends up arguing over the play. All the secrets are leaked out including the voting scandal and Naota's fuzzy cat ears.

The sirens from Medical Mechanica rings and Naota loses his ears and Ninamori sprouts them... and then some. It eventually grows into this huge thing on Ninamori. The machine uses Ninamori as it's weapon - her kicking and grabbing of things with her legs. She can't control anything, she's pretty much possessed and part of the robot.

The robot tries to duke it with Kanti, but Kanti runs away on top of the school with Haruko. Naota is actually holding onto Ninamori's torso which she is dangling on the underside of the robot. This part is kind of cool because Kanti actually attacks for the first time while in blue form. Haruko tries to land a swing on the robot, but it fails. The robot then eats Naota's curry somehow... Naota gets ejected and swung off, Kanti manages to eat it in midair, and turns into his bazooka thing and kills it. Wheee, good job guys.

Ninamori's parents didn't divource and his dad wasn't prosecuted or something. It then shows Ninamori on stage and everyone was shocked to see her with glasses... but they're fake. :)
